Mandarin Salad
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 head lettuce
2 sticks celery chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 can mandarin oranges-drained( keep juice)
Dressing
1/4 olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
Juice from Mandarins
Mix dressing in a jar and put in fridge for flavours to blend.
Toss salad in large bowl and just before serving toss in dressing.
