    Bobby Flay

Bobby Flay and Tyler Florence are two chefs that I find very good. I like Bobby's fresh take on many things, plus he loves SW and Southern cooking. Being from the South, I appreciate his Southern twists. Tyler is from the South and he is an excellent cook. I love his Low Country stuff and the way he puts spices together. Bobby is great on the grill, plus everything he cooks is light and beautiful.

I agree Bobby is great to learn from. I don't like spicy food but I do learn lots from him. He has a very professional approach to his teaching skills.

His show Throwdown is good, too. He has fun trying to create a specific dish that is better than the one people have traditionally loved. He's good at innovations, but sometimes he loses those battles. it's fun to watch him try, though. His style of cooking is one of my fav's.

The thing about Bobby is how willing he is to learn, and to try new things. He loves putting his own spin on it. I usually like his new spins!
