    Hard Boiled eggs Help

I undercooked Hard Boil eggs and would like the proper way to cook eggs so the inside is totally cooked and the yellow part is not partly cooked. I don't want to overcook them the next time by guessing. I did something wrong.

    Hard Boiled eggs Help

i checked this recipe on the "american egg board" and they do it the same way i do.
    good luck.

put the eggs in the bottom of the pot and cover with water by 1 inch. let the water come to a boil on medium-high heat with the lid on. Let the water come to a boil. then remove the pan onto a cold burner. set the timer for 15 minutes for large-sized eggs or for 12 minutes for medium-sized eggs or for 18 minutes for extra large-sized eggs.
