1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
4 hard cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
6 strips crisply cooked bacon, chopped
chunks of crisp lettuce and/or escarole and radicchio
other vegetables like shredded cucumbers, cabbage or carrots, baby carrots, fennel (your choice)

Blend oil, vinegar, mayo, Worcestershire and herbs using a hand blender or stationary blender. Prepare favorite salad vegetables and greens; wash and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toss in bowl with dressing mixture.

Serve.
