The Stybels have many great recipes and I use this one often. What I like most is that it contains the old standards that I grew up with but also many other flavor combinations I never thought of. A couple great ones I wanted to point out are the Polish Hunters Rabbit, Pierogi fillings, and the canning guide. There is one fall back to this one though. I am used to finding the list of ingredients listed first and find it easy to prep that way. This book is written in paragraph format without listing the steps. A few times I have missed a line when not paying attn. If you like polish food you should try this one. Let me know what you think.
