I am having trouble findlng the above and wonder if I can substitue la molisana?

Most supermarkets, at least in this area carry it. Look in the DeCecco products area of the pasta section. Or you can buy it on amazon.com. You can substitute any Maccheroncini, especially in soups.

I had to look this one up. Living in the country we don't get a variety. I thought I would post this link since it tells all! I'm going to cut and paste this one in my recipe file.

If it were me, I might try to use Couscous. It is a little smaller, but the texture would be kind of close.
