I agree with you Sutra! I don't think you are guilty of any of those things! Some people! I also agree with the comment made to you about how the cooking field is growing! Culinary art is absolutely amazing!! If you watch the cooking networks, you know what I mean! I am totally intrigued with it all! I am so much a "cooking from scratch" girl that I am the only one I know who can screw up Hamburger Helper,[which is something that would NEVER grace my kitchen again!!] My 29 year old son is the father of 3 girls and makes a very tasty home-made Hamburger Helper! His own creation! So take heart that there wa nothing wrong with your comment, I share those same sentiments! Bon Appetit!

Most of the time I cook everything from scratch. If I need to hurry, I might make a frozen pizza, but that is not the usual. I enjoy getting in the kitchen and cooking away my troubles. It helps me relax. Especially bread baking. All that kneading is good. Anyway, I love to cook almost anything and new recipes are my great passion and joy.
