Well there's nothing new about strawberries romanoff but maybe you haven't made it or tried it before. Its one of my favorites, so simple yet elegant.

Escoffier is credited with the dish, Strawberries Americaine Style, but it was soon appropriated by many others & given a new name. The original version had ice cream but others sometimes only use cream. They are generally flavored with an orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau.

How about Strawberry Mousse or Strawberry Shortcake? Or just plain Strawberries in Cream.
