    chef books to consider while learning?

    okay so here it goes ive been cooking since i was a little boy of 5 years old i allready knew how to draw and qurater and prepare chicken turkey goose duck and rabbit, i have the homestyle kinda flair down and now that i am older i am trying to immerse myself into the cullinary world. allot of chefs say i dont need schooling so i need some books for ideas and help me expand my cooking just that much better ya know

    books ive read and have
    ~ Larousse Gastronomique
    ~ White heat ~Marco pierre white.


    i would like to expand my knowledge and as well as learn how diffrent ways of preperation, any advice would be really usefull and thanks for helping if you do :)

    chef books to consider while learning?

    I have several that I got when I went to Lancaster, Pa in Amish country . Thay have a whole different type of recipe for many thimgs much of it German origin . the one I break down to smaller sizes because it is for big families
