I have made a couple of spanakopita's and placed them in the freezer (not yet baked.)
My question is...do I thaw them out before baking? I've never frozen these before and am worried about soggyness.

My question is...do I thaw them out before baking? I've never frozen these before and am worried about soggyness.
I would thaw them for about 30-45 minutes, then bake at a temperature 25°F below the normal baking temperature until done.
