no once it has come into contact with condensation it is no good just like sugar when it comes into contact with condensation it clumps and is no longer good
When I open a container with powder in it, I always lay a folded paper towel over the top of the powder before I tighten the lid. It helps keep out the moisture.
You can also use one of those plastic bags (the kinds with the tiny holes in them for keeping vegetables fresh) and put some rice in there. The rice will absorb the moisture first. My mom always put rice in the salt shaker when we were at the beach because the rice doesn't shake through the tiny holes in the salt shaker but it would keep the rice from becoming clumped in the high humidity.

I just buy single or 2 qt packaging. It might seem more expensive, but in the long run it is cheaper for me since I live alone.
Clumped sugar can be crushed and sifted and still be used. The clumped drink mix can be dissolved in very hot water.
