Hi everyone! I'd like to share this favorite recipe as a side dish. Goes great with just about everything, but I usually serve it with smoked or Polish sausage. You'll need: boiled lasagna pasta, mashed potatoes made with sour cream, cream cheese, green onion, and garlic powder.Shredded cheese, whatever your preference is and pats of butter. Spray your casserole dish with non-stick spray.Prepare mashed potatoes and boil lasagna noodles. Layer the pasta, top with potato mixture, then pats of butter/margarine,then the shredded cheese. Continue layering ending up with the cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cooked through, all cheese is melted. You may have to loosely with foil. Sorry that I do not have any measurements to share. I never measure anything unless I am baking. So, I just "eye-ball" it and figure it out by taste. Usually never salt and pepper until finished, that way guests can use their own judgment. Also, this way you can make a lot or for a bunch!!!Have fun, enjoy, and let me know what you think! Thanks.CarrieQ
