This is one of the dishes I make when guests from overseas come to dinner at my place.
This recipe features local Wellington, New Zealand, ingredients including fresh eggs from Vogeltown, lemons from Aro Valley, Parsley from Mount Victoria, Onions from Masterton (via the Hill Street Markets) and Sauvignon Blanc from Martinborough. Thank you Sebastian, Sandip, Ollie, Bella, Andrew and all the guests at Tuesday Night Dinner that didn't manage to dodge the camera.
