They won't be safe to store as they are, but if it's been less than 24 hours and you haven't opened any of the jars, you can start again by processing them in the pressure cooker for the full amount of time (for pork and beans that's 1 hour 5 minutes for pints or 1 hour 15 minutes for quarts at 10 lbs). Start counting when the pressure gauge reaches 10 psi or the rocker begins to jiggle steadily. Don't forget to vent the pressure cooker for 10 minutes before closing the petcock or setting the weight (an important step!).
You might find that some of the liquid in the jars boils off because of the long cooking time, but that's OK and they will still be safe to eat.
If you decide you don't want to bother to re-process, remove the beans from the jars and freeze them in a large batch. Add water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes before tasting.
