What to cook with Mexican Cornbread

I know Mexican Cornbread can be a meal in itself. But, if one were looking for something else to go with the cornbread, what would it be?

mmmm.....I love Mexican cornbread! In cool weather I like fixing it as a side to chili or taco soup. In the summer, try it as a side to taco salad.

Chili sounds good! Any kind of soup, too. How about fried chicken or chicken wings?

I made some this past weekend and served it with posole (which I had never tried before). I have also served it with White Chili. I have never tried taco soup, but would love to find a good recipe!

I like to serve it with chili or soup. It can also spice up or add interest to any ordinary dinner. It's a great accompaniment!
