Thread: Relish question

    Question Relish question

I'm hoping to make a "funny" gift for Christmas but I'm confused. I want to make a relish using tomatoes, onions or olives, and eggplant (T.O.E relish) but every recipe I look at is for a relish that is fresh. Can I can (preserve) this kind of relish? How would I go about doing that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you post the recipe we can offer a better answer. This way we can make suggestions and change the processing if it needs it.
