I need a recipie for Scalloped potatoes for 50 people. I have gone to several websites and the recipes is different at each. Calling for anywhere from 10lbs of potatoes to 20lbs of potatoes.

Maybe you just need some imaganation! PRetty much all you do is cut up and peel potatoes and then put in some cheese. If you really want I could find my family recipe!
