    Baked Celery

    Baked Celery

    Easy recipe
Clean a stalk of celery and fill it with blue cheese. Lightly spray aluminum foil and wrap the celery. Bake it or BBq it for a few minutes to heat and melt cheese. Be careful of the steam when you open it. This one surprised me. The celery is crisp not soggy. The cheese of course is melted and creamy. You can probably use any firm cheese but the blue gives it a bite.

I have never heard of baking celery, but it is an interesting idea. I also like bleu cheese, so it might be something new to try. Thanks for the idea!
