Blueberry Beef Burgers
1/2 cup fresh or frozen and thawed wild blueberries
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 c ground flax seed
1/4 c rolled oats
1 lb extra lean ground beef
Puree the blueberries, garlic, vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in the oats and flax seed, then the hamburger. Grill, broil or pan fry. Makes 4 burgers
