    What can I make in a LOW FIBRE, HIGH CALORIE diet?

    Hi guys!
    Just wondering which meals or snacks you could suggest to be made for a LOW FIBRE, HIGH CALORIE diet?
    -For my sister who has special dietry needs.

    Use a centrifigal type of juicer - the juice is extracted but most of the pulp is left behind. The pulp contains much of the fiber. This would be good for both fruit or vegetable juices. Fruit juices are high in fructose, vitamins and minerals; many are high in calories, too.
