Red face Missing recipe details - peaches, graham cracker, condensed milk

I had this absolutely fantastic dessert a few months back, and I got the basic ingredients from the lady who made it, but I'm missing the details of how much of each. She doesn't speak English well and she makes it by doing, not measuring ... and I'm a fanatical measure-er. Can anyone help?

    graham crackers
condensed milk and/or evaporated milk (I think both)
    canned thick cream
    peaches

I think she mixes the milks together, and then does layers, and freezes.

    Thank you!

    16 graham crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. crushed pecans
    1 qt. peaches, drained (save)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix peaches, milk, lemon juice and 1/4 cup peach liquid in saucepan. Heat (not to boiling point). Combine crackers with melted butter to make crust. Pat 1/2 crumb mixture into bottom of glass bread pan. Sprinkle 1/3 nuts on crust. Pour half of peach mixture in. Layer crust, nuts and peaches again. Top with remaining nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, refrigerate. Serve cold.
