Thank you for this recipe. I will share it with my dil. She just recently started experimenting with lamb. We bought some yesterday at the farmers' market and she had a lamb chop for lunch with some mushroom risotto. I don't care for it that much, but if it was cooked properly I am sure I would. Liked the lamb chops though. A roast cooking always smelled a bit strong to me. May have been the preparation or age of the lamb. Not sure...
