    Chicken Pita

1/2 c. chicken, grilled or fried
1 pkg. colby and jack cheese
    1 pkg. tortillas
    4 teaspoon of oil
    4 teaspoons of water

Brush oil and water on tortillas and bake for 3 min. Add your chicken and cheese on one half and fold it over. Fry the pita for 4 min on each side, then serve on the side sour cream, guacamole, olives, tomatoes, melted cheese, and lettuce. Yummmm!!!!!!!

    Chicken Pita

Sounds good, but looks more like "Chicken Tortilla" instead of "Chicken Pita." No pita bread - just tortillas, and that's quite a difference.

    Beef stroganoff

    My version:

2 cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cans of water
    1 8 oz sour cream
1 lb round or sirloin steak chpped into bite sizes removing all fat
1 8 oz package of fresh mushrooms chopped into bite sizes
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/2 cup sliced white onion
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of pepper

In a crock pot add all ingredients except sour cream. Cook on slow for 4 hours so the meat is nice and tender and all of the spices have a chance to mix together. Add the sour cream and mix...let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Serve over rice or noodles! Simple and easy and you be the judge on the taste
