ingredients:
1 pkg- tortellini's (spinach+four cheese mixed)
1/2 pound- ground beef (or steak of choice)
1/2 can- sweet peas
1/2 can- sliced carrots
1 tsp- cayenne pepper
stroganoff sauce:
3-4 tbsp- sour cream
1 can- cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp- cayenne pepper
boil tortellini's as to the directions- drain
cook ground beef- drain any extra fat/grease from pan
heat the sweet peas and carrots in pan until ready- add salt+ pepper to liking
in a wide lipped pan heat the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream until warm, add the cayenne pepper to liking or as directed above-
add the beef,tortellini's, and the mixed peas+carrots to the stroganoff
turn off heat and add more cayenne and salt to the mix, tasting to your liking
serve immediately.
Dont forget to get your mini salad on the side for good digestion- iceberg is a good one to use.
