    can I freeze buttercream icing

Yes You can freeze butter cream icing, it
will help you a lot of things.
first, you can save a lot of time in preparing
    at mass production.
second you can have a perfect and sharp
details in terms of decorating, specially in
    shaped cakes and others.
Take note: Be sure that the layer and
thickness of the butter icing you will apply
to any cakes or pastry's should be not so tin
nor not so thick, to avoid cracks.

wish to help you my comment
