This is another post from Linda Ghostwriter. Has anyone baked a Boston Creme Pie? I would love to read anything you would like to share about your Boston Creme Pie making experience or anything about Boston Creme Pie. If you have questions about Boston Creme Pie ... ask them!! One question that comes to mind for me is whether or not Boston Creme Pie is a cake or a pie. Another question is whether or not you like using yellow cake for your Boston Creme Pie or white cake. I think I used white for my Boston Creme pie because I remember wanting the yellow pastry creme to stand out against the white cake! I may have used a Martha Stewart white cake recipe, but I would have to check on that to be sure.
