A few many weeks into my new job, i think i might have found the perfect one, Which got me wondering if anyone that works or worked in a restaurant and reads this knows what I'm talking about when i say that most cooking jobs are littered with people that really shouldn't be there in the first place, and it has gotten really bad the past 4-5 years......
I'm looking for an old blueberry dessert. Don't remember much about it except it was easy and delicious. I remember it had Dream Whip and cream cheese as a filling and a graham cracker crust. I don't remember much else except it was made in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Does anyone remember this one?
I TRIED THE 1) RED LOBSTER CHEESE BISCUITS USING PIONEER BISCUIT MIX. THE BISCUITS DID NOT RISE BUT RATHER KIND OF SPREAD OUT LIKE A LUMPY PANCAKE. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I AM AT 6,000 FOOT ELEVATION WOULD THAT HAVE AN EFFECT? Rowland

Or, is it unsweetened juice from a can of pineapple? Just not sure about this and would like a little help. Thanks.
