Uncontrolled speech of all sorts

A few many weeks into my new job, i think i might have found the perfect one,

Which got me wondering if anyone that works or worked in a restaurant and reads this knows what I'm talking about when i say that most cooking jobs are littered with people that really shouldn't be there in the first place, and it has gotten really bad the past 4-5 years......
