    For some reason, I can't stand eggs now! Used to love them, but they gross me out, think it's that white membrane thing connected to the yolk, I usually try to remove. And omelettes were my forte..

  3. cooking for large group recipies and techniques

    Hello out there. I was talked into cooking for our weekly meeting at church in which I will be serving 60 to 70 people each week. I am new to cooking for that many people and keeping the food warm but not overcooking, amounts, etc. I am figuring it out but if anyone has some good steadfast guidelines for this type of cooking I would love to know! I also need any recipies that you may have that you believe both children and adults would like. This is our children program on Wednesday nights ...

    Hello to all cooks lovers!
    I would like to share with you this great gadget which will help all of us when we want to use Double Boiler Technique. Many times I avoided to prepare anything which called for double boiler and you know why:
    To much time wasting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
